1. Agreement to Terms
By registering an account with Audiory Distribution ("Audiory," "we," "us," or "our"), accessing our digital platforms, or using our music distribution services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.
2. Music Distribution Services
Audiory distributes user-submitted audio recordings, artwork, metadata, and video content to third-party Digital Service Providers (DSPs) including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Amazon Music, and social media platforms.
- You retain 100% ownership of your underlying master recordings and copyrights.
- You grant Audiory a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, encode, store, transmit, and monetize your content across our DSP network.
- We reserve the right to decline or take down any submission that fails to meet DSP quality guidelines or copyright compliance standards.
3. Content Warranties & Copyright Policy
By uploading content to Audiory Distribution, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or hold all required rights, licenses, and permissions for all audio, samples, lyrics, cover art, and metadata uploaded.
- Your content does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property, trademark, or privacy rights.
- You have cleared all uncleared samples, beat leases, guest features, and cover song mechanical licenses.
Fraud & Artificial Streaming: Streams generated through bots, click farms, or artificial manipulation will result in immediate catalog removal, account suspension, and forfeiture of accrued royalties.
4. Royalties & Payouts
Audiory accounts for royalties as reported and remitted by DSPs. Payout reports are usually generated 45–90 days following the reporting calendar month depending on DSP settlement cycles.
Payout Method: Withdrawals are processed via PayPal, Direct Bank Transfer (ACH/SWIFT), or supported digital wallets.
Minimum Threshold: The minimum payout request threshold is $20.00 USD.
Tax Reporting: Users are responsible for providing valid tax information (W-9 / W-8BEN) before requesting payouts exceeding legal limits.
5. Account Management & Termination
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You may request account closure and catalog takedown at any time by contacting support. Audiory reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate copyright policies or engage in abusive platform behavior.
